Fit coin integration/Fitbit internal server error

Hi!

so I’m having trouble connections my Fitbit to an app called fit-coin. I’ve talked to fit-coin support and they say that the error is on Fitbit end bc when I’m in their app and log into to my Fitbit to integrate it loads for a bit and then I get a Fitbit error saying they are having an internal server error. The error page has a Fitbit url which is why I think this USB’s a Fitbit issue. Any advice?

It is possible that the connection was not properly established. I'd recommend that you try to restart the connection between the two and then connect them again. That should force everything to reload.

Hi! Thanks for responding! I read the link you gave but didn’t see anything about restarting a connection. I have restarted both apps and even did a phone restore in case that was the problem. I’ve logged into Fitbit from the app several times and I always get the internal server error? How should I go about restarting the connection? Thanks!

Oh @Valkyriefey it is there but not too obvious .

First you want to go to your connected apps, revoke access to Fit Coin, then set it up again. 

If this doesn't work, as explained, the next step would be to contact Fit Coin .

I have unconnected several times and it keeps going to a fitbit.com error page when I try to log in. It never actually makes a connection to revoke.
