It's great to have you here @Arielroth! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've followed. If you've tried to unlink and relink both applications and they are still not syncing information. Please contact MyFitnessPal directly, so they can further investigate it.

After I've clicked "steps" in step three I do not see the FitBit tracker as an option. I've done everything as described. I have disconnected from the fitbit app. never connects to MFP so I cant disconnect there. All I see when I try to do it from MFP is a msg stating "To Connect your FitBit account please allow MyFitnessPal to access all FitBit data points" after that I am stuck. I've tried dozens of times.
