Hey all,
I just did my first FitStar workout using my Fitbit Charge HR. It says my heart rate was an average of 44 bpm which is obviously inaccurate. When viewing my daily Heart Rate screen it shows I was in my Fat Burn and Cardio categories during the time of the workout. So my Fitbit definitely recorded my higher bpm it's just not showing it in the FitStar exercise for some reason.
Any ideas to get it to show my accurate bpm?
Thanks a lot!

Nice to see you around! @clcoble
The activity record should not show you a low Bpm if your workout was intense. Make sure that you're not seeing your resting heart rate, since this does not change after a workout. Review your activity details here by clicking on "View details".
This is the AHR that counts:
I hope this helps!

Thanks, Peter.
I emailed Fitbit support and they were able to figure out that because I had my Fitbit synched with MyFitnessPal it was giving me the low Bpm issue.
Thanks for the reply though.
