Fitbit Data no longer Syncs to HealthVault after switching to new fitbit

Since I switched to Charge HR, none of my data is appearing on the HealthVault site.

 

It was synching daily when I used the FitBit Flex.

After adding the Charge HR to my Fitbit profile and removing the Flex, the data synchs OK to the Fitbit Android app, and also to the Fitbit.com portal.

So the data is getting to fitbit.com intact, and I can see my history on the app and on the portal.

 

I have since removed and reinstalled the connection between HealthVault and Fitbit.com, no chnage.-

No data is showing up on the HealthVault site.

 

Any ideas?

Hello @Mloxton It's nice to have you here! 🙂 I would like to start by saying thank you for bringing this up to our attention. I noticed that you already have tried to unlink and relink both apps. However, I recommend doing this one more time. If this does not work, I'd try contacting HealthVault Support just to make sure everything is correct on their side.

I tried unlinking and relinking twice, but it still fails to upload to HealthVault each night.

I can manually transfer data though, so it does know how and where to send the data, and manual transfers from Fitbit.com do get picked up by HealthVault.

 

If I go to the settings page and click "share" I go to https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/share

At the bottom of the list of data elements shared with HealthVault, and above the hypertext to unlink, there is often a link to transfer up to 30 days of data to HealthVault.

If I click that link, it transfers the data.

 

Any thoughts on why it works manually but not automatically?
