A warm welcome to the Community @Ironclash! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. Fitbit will sync steps and weight to MyFitnessPal. (You can check this data in the check-in section). You don't need to log your activities in both applications because this will override the information you already had. There will be a calorie adjustment made if your calories burned don't match in both apps.

Any activity that you log in MyFitnessPal should show in Fitbit. However, keep in mind that you should log activities where you don't use your tracker or activities that require more than just steps such as tennis or yoga. You can learn more about this integration here

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I have a same problem.

Yesterday, I burned 34cal in Yoga with fitbit. → 0 adjustment

Today, I burned 294cal in spinning with fitbit and some walking(around 2miles)→ 110 adjustment

Is this correct?

Thank you,

A warm welcome to the Community @mikausa! The calorie adjustment will  be made based in the data that you have in both applications. Based in the information that you've mentioned, I believe it's fine.

(I've attached an example of the adjustment that I got) It's showing negative because I got just one more calorie burn in MFP.

Thank you very much, @SilviaFitbit

I have been using myfitnesspal to log my exercise and food intake.
I would like to log exact name of exercise which I did on myfitnesspal, so I will disconnect fitbit and myfitnespal.
Thank you very much for your kind explanation.
