According to Fitbit, I can eat 2025 calories, but according to MyFitnessPal its 1730. How do I get them in sync so that I can log my food. Which one is correct? Im 5.6" and 141 pounds. BMI is 21.4

@B_rad_ical96 Hey, allow me to help you!

Fitbit will show how many calories you can eat based on the total amount of calories that you've burned during the day and the calorie deficit that you have set in your Food Plan will be deducted from the total amount of calories that you've burned.

In order to show you the same amount of calories that you should eat in both places, Fitbit will make a calorie adjustment in MyFitnessPal. The adjustment will be either positive or negative, If it's positive this indicates that your calorie burn for the day as reported by Fitbit is greater than MyFitnessPal's estimate. If it's negative this indicates that the partner's reported calorie burn is lower than MyFitnessPal's estimate. If you want to learn more about it, click here
