My Fitbit Zip is not sending my steps to Vitality. I sync it, but it still doesn't send my step count (as displayed on my Fitbit Zip) over to Vitality. Is this a defect? What do I need to do to get these devices sync up and credit for my steps? I have missed many Challenges (extra points) because of this. It's very frustrating!

Your Fitbit Zip is only able to send the Steps counted to your Fitbit account.

After the sync Vitality is notified to come and collect the data. Now vitality reaches out and pulls the step count from your Fitbit account.

If Vitality fails to retrieve the data then you will need to reach out to vitality.
