My Fitbit connects correctly with my Fitbit app on my phone. But the data is not syncing with the Personify app. I had logged in and data used to sync correctly. Now it doesn't. I've tried disconnecting ,reconnecting, turning everything on and off, waiting a couple days... nothing is working. The whole point of me having the Fitbit was to track steps for work. Anyone have a fix?

I disconnected it from Connected Apps in the r Fitbit app, and tried reconnecting it from the personify app. Still getting the same error.

Hi all, Personify finally got back to me and said I need to have the 'profile' permission in order for things to sync. I am fairly certain I tried that in my combination of attempts before. I found a work around weeks ago using Google Health Connect to sync between Fitbit and Personify. I am not even going to bother with trying to reconnect fitbit. I can't wait until my workplace stops these shenanigans and just lowers our benefit costs.
