Hi 🙂
I am using Fitbit to track my run. I have connected Fitbit and endomondo, but it is only my daily steps and the whole time i am wearing my watch, there is to be seen on my endomondo account. my runs are not to be showing on my endomoaccount - why is that? can I select so it is only my runs, biking, and so on there is to be showing on my endomondo account?

Hi @CKP2202
Moved this thread from the Surge to the Third-Party Integrations section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
Wishing a wonderful day

@CKP2202 A warm welcome to the Community! The reason why your exercises aren't showing in your Endomondo account is because your steps, distance and sleep will sync to Endomondo and Endomondo will sync activities.
So, you won't see activities synced to Endomondo just the whole data. See below
Hope this helps.
What syncs? |
---|
Fitbit > Steps > Endomondo |
Fitbit > Distance > Endomondo |
Fitbit > Sleep > Endomondo |
Endomondo > Activities (workouts) > Fitbit |
Thank you for moving the post @SunsetRunner 🙂

@CKP2202 Thanks for the details that you mentioned. Please unlink and relink both accounts to see if you get the information linked. Also, when you're in Endomondo you'll have the option to see the running stats or the whole stats. Since, you want to see the running stats please check running.
Hope this helps.

@CKP2202 Thanks for those details. In this case, my recommendation will be to contact Endomondo directly to see why the activity data isn't syncing. You already unlinked and relinked both accounts so the best advice will be to contact them directly.
