Fitbit and FitnessPal refuse to work together

For about two months now my steps have not been automatically updating, I have the all day sync on but when I open my app it takes about a minute or two to sync to my current stats. On top of that none of my fitbit stats are being transferred over to my fitnesspal app. I looked in the help forums and it said that deleting and re-downloading the app may work but it didn't. Then I saw an article here on the fitbit webpage saying a fix was in the works but that was over a month and 1 update ago. Is this issue still being worked on or am I SOL?

I giess if your ppsting here it is still an issue.

I would'check the third party FAQ  at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/Third-Party-Apps-FAQ/td-p/1874190

There are tips to getting third party sync back on track. Normally on our end the best course is to revoke access then reconnect. The step suggested would be to contact MFP if it is a problem tyat they can't seem to fix, they will reach out to Fitbit for help. You see in general third parties are the one in control of the connection.

Since this link is strickly through the net, and doesn't involve the fitbit app, i wiuld not expect delearing fotbit would do anything.
