Fitbit and Flo integration

I am having trouble connecting Fitbit to the Flo app. In the Flo app's settings it is possible to activate Fitbit integration. But when I opt in to activate this, the site does not load. I have tried reinstalling both apps, but still nothing. Have anyone managed to activate Fitbit integration with Flo? Any tips?

Hi @Chatran since Flo is responsible for this connection. You may want to contact them. You say nothing about their site is working.

same with me. in the fitbit and the flo app it says they are connected to eachother, yet none of my data from flo is transported to the fitbit app. I've tried reinstalling both apps and more but nothings working

What does Flo say that should sync between the two apps? Fitbit isn't very clear with this

Third party apps are responsible for their connection, if it is not working, then please contact Flo at support@flo.health
