Fitbit and MFP Not Syncing Data

Hi,

 

This has always been an ongoing thing but I finally got the two to work for a while. Now however, none of my steps have been tracking, zero data from either app transfers I have followed literally all steps online and through forums to fix it.

 

Now, when I disconnect and revoke access to start from scratch - it doesn't work.

 

I can revoke access via Fitbit for MFP - but MFP never recognizes the two were connected. Then, when I re-fresh everything looks fine, so I reconnect the two and MFP says: "Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once". If I refresh after this, it says the two are linked and I can revoke access - as if it did actually connect but I cannot get any data synced across either app still. 

 

I have tried via apps, web browsers, alternate web browsers, clearing cache and cooking, logging in and out, deleting and re-installing apps, different mobile devices - none of it works.

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with the integration between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.

 

In this case, I would recommend visiting their site here, scroll down until you see the menu "Another account is already linked to this Fitbit" and follow the instructions.
