Fitbit and Myfitnesspal are not syncing

I have disconnected and reconnected multiple times and still have no food logged since the morning of 1/22. The problem does not appear to be myfitnesspal since it is syncing correctly with Garmin connect. Is anyone at Fitbit working on this?

I'm having this same problem & have communicated this to Fitbit.  They sent me an email & when I tried to reply to it as they requested, their mail server sent it back to me & wouldn't accept it, saying:

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

fitbit-support@2ixa9w5gcmu9tkjunn61evlu9hzs2nzycrnhm8gx0cdj87hlwt.4-n2ljeac.na2.case.salesforce.com
Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.

That figures. Now activity is not syncing either. Thanks for the heads up.

mine hasn't sync'd since 4 pm on the 22nd as far as exercise/activities goes. I've unlinked and relinked. Interesting thing is that my food entries from myfitnesspal are going to fitbit, but my fitbit data (exercise)  isn't going to myfitnesspal.

I have the same issue. After previously working fine, my Fitbit now won't pull through calories or exercise. Tried resetting from both ends, no good and doesn't work. Anybody any ideas?

@Andyt217 I found that when I unlink my accounts and relink them I then get the calories to sync over to MFP.  But it won't keep syncing after that. I've put in a support message to MFP.
