Fitbit and Strava not syncing TPX files.

About a month ago Fitbit stopped syncing with Strava I have attempted to reconnect and that has been successful however as yet nothing has synced across still.

I have just tried to download the TPX and then upload to Strava only to find that the file is blank.

On the charge 5 The GPS mode is set to dynamic I also then tried the built-in GPS and still this gave blank data.

it’s getting frustrating as I have no maps to view after the event.

Thanks for trying to resolve the issues you’ve had with Strava and with your Fitbit Charge 5 before getting in touch with us.

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.58 for iOS and 3.59 for Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

In addition, please follow the Best Practices and troubleshooting steps to resolve GPS issues in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".

If you continue having difficulties with Strava, please try once again to revoke access between your apps and connect them back. For instructions, please visit this article.

Note that the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

• Non-GPS activities
• Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava
• Duplicate activities (if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync)
