Any idea how to unsync my old Fitbit to mfp? I deleted the old Fitbit charge off my app as it was broken. Now mfp says it cannot link my new Alta because the old Fitbit is attached to the account. I tried everything. Nothing seems to work.

@Elevitt welcome to the forums! I can definitely help you re-linking MyFitnessPal from your Fitbit account. To do so, please follow these steps:

 

1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going tohttp://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.

 

While Fitbit can provide some support for integration with MyFitnessPal, we do not provide specific support for using the MyFitnessPal mobile apps or website. Please refer to their website to get help for common topics or search the knowledge base. Hope this helps, keep me posted!  Cat Tongue
