Hello. I bought a fitbit charge hr yesterday. I've seemed to figure it out except for one thing.
I have it synced to the my fitness pal app. It will show my food logs, haven't tried exercise yet...I'll find out tomorrow, but for some reason the calories it says I should intake is different than my settings on my fitness pal.
Can I change that?? I like to stay around 1250 calories per day, but fitbit is saying to eat 1400 -1560 which is way too much for me as I'm trying to lose weight. I did set the meal plan to a 500 cal deficit.
