I can't get my Fitbit to connect to my WW app. WW is telling me that I need to update my Fitbit app. I did that but still not connecting. Need some help please! Thx🥺

Alta2 did you get it to connect? I go through all the steps, log in and then get a blank screen. So frustrating 😩

@Alta2 @MrsMykeeC @SunsetRunner Thanks for the information provided on your posts and for trying to solve this before reaching out. Please check that your Fitbit devices are properly syncing, if not, you can find useful information in this link Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
