Hello @B19999s and @Karma888, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around! Smiley Happy

When did you start experiencing this issue? Have you experienced it before? At this moment I would like to suggest going to the applications settings on the online Dashboard to check if MyFitnessPal is listed here. If it is, let's reset the connection between both apps and check if they sync to each other once again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hello @Karma888@B19999s, I hope you're having a great day. It's nice to see you around @C..Hill, have a warm welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy

@Karma888, thanks for taking the time to reply and let me know your issue has now been solved. Logging out from both sites and log back in is an excellent idea and adding this step will be very helpful for many members.

@B19999s and @C..Hill, have you tried logging out from both MFP and Fitbit accounts before reconnecting them like @Karma888 did? If not, please do and repeat the connection process once again. If it's still not working, please let me know so I can check this further.

Let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink

Hi @MarcoGFitbit,

Thanks for the welcome!  I managed to find and disconnect/log out of ALL of my Fitbit & Myfitnesspal occurrences, then reconnect -- and that seemed to fix the issue.

Thanks for your help!

I am having the same problem. Steps from Fitbit not syncing to My Fitness Pal and Food (calories eaten) not syncing from My Fitness Pal to Fitbit. Was working perfectly fine until Monday the 13/3/17 when it stopped working. I have tried logging out of both, disconnecting and re connecting, still not working:(

I am experiencing this in both directions. Fitbit steps no longer synch over to MFP and water and calories no longer synch over to Fitbit.

The last day that I had a successful sharing synch was on March 12th.

I have followed the recommendations on this thread, however, the linkage that was fine a few days ago, no longer works as expected. What happened?

I am not really sure why it happened. Delete the connection between  MFP and Fitbit and Make sure you sign out from both the phone app and the computer, wait about 15 minutes  and then reconnect the the link from the one side only. It seemed to work after that.

Hi MarcoGFitbitt,

I can't seem to keep my Fitbit (Charge HR) account synced with MyFitnessPal app. I've disconnected and reconnected two different times now (different days) as suggested in this forum. It works fine for that day but when I go back in the next day Fitbit adjustment does not show up in MyFitnessPal. Using Windows 10 if that might be relevant.

Any suggestions on how to keep the two linked?

Thanks in advance for your help Marco.

Check the MFP forums, lots of threads about it.  Here is one - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10543292/mfp-not-picking-up-fitbit-today#latest

They had major issues yesterday and they returned today.  At this point I am pretty much done with MFP and have already started tracking my food in fitbit again, which is a drag for a number of reasons after using MFP for so long.

Mine stopped working again yesterday too. Really quite annoying. Logging out of both apps and disconnecting didn't fix the problem yesterday either. Have just checked this morning and steps have still not sync to My Fitness Pal. Food/calories in however are syncing to Fitbit this time, so link is only broken 1 way, last time neither way would sync.

Also, having problems here. I have to disconnect and reconnect all apps and devices everyday. It is becoming beyond tedious and has completely convinced me NOT to upgrade to a paid service as I was considering.

I use fitbit charge HR, myfitnesspal app on iPhone and the Aria scale.
