Ive just got these scales and spent the last hour trying to get them to sync data with no success but it's showing on health connect just not showing on fitbit

Has the app updated for you recently. I've obviously never had mine working as the scales are new but if you have then maybe an update issue 🤷

Sync worked until July 31st... since August 1st there is no data synced between the two apps

Ive got mine syncing with Google fit with no issue via health connect so I would say it's definitely a fitbit app issue. I've contacted the insmart developer to see if they can help, but it's likely something fitbit need to fix

Ive been onto fitbit support. They assure me there are no issues with my account or the connection to the insmart app at their end. So awaiting insmart to get back to me if there as in issue at their end.
You should do the same and try to push them for a solution 👍

The contact for fitbit is on your profile top right of the app and then click help and follow it from there.
For insmart you click settings then contact the developer

I've just been in chat and opened a ticket to resolve the problem... I'll receive an email in the next few days

You won't get anywhere. Insmart do not care I've been 7 days now with no response from them. Better off cutting your losses and getting a different brand of scales

Good morning, I opened a report 15 days ago but they still haven't confirmed that they've solved the problem

I have done some more investigation into this problem...
So I originally connected INSMART to FITBIT then FITBIT to NUTRACHECK.
My INSMART app is connected to both Google Fit and FITBIT.
Now, FITBIT is still sending my calories burned to NUTRACHECK. However, when looking at the FITBIT app's main screen, it is not recognising the weight from my INSMART scales. So this could be a problem on INSMARTS side. However, When I go into FITBIT app, then go to the "you" section, we can see the data in the "Health Connect Data section" and this states that FITBIT Is sending my calories to Health connect, AKA google Fit. But it is also saying that Health Connect is receiving my weight from the INSMART scales and I can see my weight in this data pack.
The problem is that FITBIT is not recognising it and I have emailed NUTRACHECK directly, they cannot yetr receive weight directly from Google Fit / Health Connect at the moment only from FITBIT.
So the problem is either:
INSMART health is sending data to Google Fit/ Health Connect, but not FITBIT
OR
Fitbit is not recognising the data coming through from both INSMART health AND Google Fit / Health Connect
I think this is a FITBIT problem myself.

InSmart certainly doesn't write data to Fitbit, but it can write it to Google Fit. To get around this problem, I bought an app (Health Sync) from the store that copies data from Google Fit and transfers it to Fitbit. However, it's a workaround, but it's not the solution.

Thanks for letting me know about that app. The thing is Insmart Used to send data to my fitbit and in the app itself it says its connected.
