Connected my FitBit App with my OneTouch Reveal App on 16-Jun-2022. Data was successfully synchronized for over 2 years, usually within a few seconds after taking reading on the OneTouch Reveal App, until 08-Oct-2024. Since then, I have read the community forums and tried various ideas to resolve this issue, and nothing has worked. Contacted customer support and opened a case on 19-Dec-2024. Issue still persists. No updates yet.
From reading the community forums I came across other topics where people have posted that their data stopped synchronizing on 08-Oct-2024 as well. Seems to be a system wide issue and not limited to individuals. Any insight appreciated.

I did some further troubleshooting, and it appears that the Fitbit App is not allowing access to the One Touch Reveal App to WRITE blood glucose readings. The Fitbit App is only allowing access to the One Touch Reveal App to READ Nutrition and Activity readings. Here is a screenshot:
This issue appears to have started on 08-Oct-2024.
FitBit App and One Touch Reflect App access settings.

On the same phone, I am able to configure the One Touch App to WRITE blood glucose readings to the Apple Health App without any issues. Here is a screen shot:

@PRaju74 I flagged your post to get a moderator's attention. All user posts about this get moved to the Third Party Integration forum. This isn't a third party integration. This is Fitbit's own integration that is set up in the Fitbit app.
I understand your frustration.

FitBit needs to increase the number of apps that allow tracking of glucose and let consumers manage how they capture content. Dario already tracks your data on your mobile device, and it would be an easy sync with the Fitbit app. Stop supporting the insurance monopoly on supported glucose monitoring devices.

Hi @trmenvlc I looked at your public profile and saw that you posted a request in the Product Feedback forum. App integration like you want starts on the Dario side, not the Fitbit side. You should be asking Dario to integrate with Fitbit.
