After 10 months of working fine, the Fitbit (iOS) app stopped syncing (i.e., sending the step count) with my United Healthcare app on March 31. The UHC app would say it synced with the Fitbit but would always show 3/31 as the last sync date. Both Fitbit and UHC support pointed to the other one as the problem. A couple days ago, they started communicating again. I don't know if either app updated or maybe it was the solar storms and the Northern Lights. Whatever the case, it's all working again like it's supposed to.
