Little confused about calories Fitbit says 1724 in 2120 out calories left 106 My fitness pal says 1200 - 1724 calories + 774 exercise = 250 Have I got a setting incorrect?
The two sites use slightly different methods to calculate calorie allowance. I personally always stick with what myfitnesspal calculates as it seems to have the better food database (especially for me in Oz). Best of pick one method and stick with it as it will only get confusing otherwise
