Fitbit data isn't syncing to MyFitnessPal

Today I’m not getting syncing from my fitness pal app to my Fitbit is there an issue

I'm still having the same problem, since 4th March; no response on Twitter, have put in a trouble ticket at MFP as other users are having the problem too. Very frustrating, as MFP overestimates calories for exercise so I rely on my Fitbit a lot!

 

Please Fitbit can you check on this and see what is happening?

I've moved your posts from the iOS board to the Third-Party Integrations board to keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for your efforts while working on this matter on your own. I understand how important it's for you to track accurately data on both apps and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Check if both the Fitbit app and MyFitnessPal are updated.
  2. On the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture.
  3. Scroll down and tap Third Party Apps > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  4. Log into your Fitbit account when prompted.
  5. Look for MyFitnessPal and tap Revoke Access to disconnect it from your account.

 

Once that is done, reconnect both accounts with the instructions described here. Continue using both apps as you normally do and let me know how it goes.
