Fitbit data/stats messed up after linking to 3rd party app

I walked over 10000 steps over the last few days and I wanted to link my fit bit to the Walking app by red rocks and when I did it completely changed all my steps to incorrect numbers. If you look at my challenge numbers you'll see it doesn't add up. How can I fix this?

Challenges will only include steps actually recorded by the Fitbit tracker. Any steps coming from other apps will not count towards a challenge nor will manually added exercise steps.

So what can I do to see those steps again. Right now it's not showing what's recorded on the Fitbit on my dashboard only what the 3rd party app recorded:(

@SunsetRunner Thanks for the advice.

@Muirne A warm welcome to the Community! I would like you to make sure your tracker is syncing to your Dashboard. I was checking the list of supported apps and I noticed that RedRocks isn't listed.

Please go to your app and in the main page you'll see the tracker's picture, below that you'll see when was the last time it synced. Is it properly syncing? Are you seeing your steps in your Dashboard now?

If you're still not seeing Fitbit steps in your Dashboard then provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

I've since revoked the 3rd party app and it is syncing normally now but the last month-6 weeks is all messed up in terms of showing my trends for days I've hit my step goals. It is still allowing that synced information to be over written by the hard data from my Fitbit.
