I noticed there was a similar problem last October and fixed in an update. Is anyone else having problems?

@Em14, what Fitbit has said in the past is that this is an MFP issue. What happens is that when you change the status of a meal (different portion size, add an item, etc), MFP deletes the original meal from Fitbit and replaces it with a new meal. Apparently, sometimes those wires get crossed and one meal doesn't always delete. I noticed it a few days ago, but it seems to have stopped on my account. Hopefully the same happens for you. You can just delete the extra meal and it shouldn't come back.
