Fitbit flex step count not showing

COuld be user error but I synced my Fitbit with MFP but the steps/calorie adjustment never came through.  I tried to unsync and then re-sync but MFP gives me a message that the fitbit is already synced with an account.  anyone run in to this?  what am I doing wron?

@Rachy3212 It will be a pleasure to answer your inquiry! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. 

Please make sure that your Flex is syncing to your Fitbit account because if you have both accounts link but Flex isn't syncing you won't see any data in MFP. Rest assure that steps and sleep data will  be in "Check In" section of MFP.
