Fitbit food tracking and myfitnesspal food tracking

I am using myfitnesspal to track food and have told my fitbit charge hr I want to lose 1000 calorie deficit each week. Which program should I follow when MFP says I have calories left to eat and fitbit says I have eaten too many. I have the fitbit tracking steps and syncing that to MFP also. I can't seem to figure out when fitbit says calories in and calories out how it is doing the math. Anybody know what to do? Thanks

We love to have you here @sgesualdi33! In regard to your question, I recommend you follow MFP data since this is the app you use their food data base to log your food.

Also, you mentioned that you do not know when Fitbit is giving calories in vs out, are you not able to see this data?

I look forward to your reply. Smiley Happy
