Stopped syncing with weight watchers and my fitness pal last night. No reason. Deleted and reinstalled Fitbit. No progress. Anyone else having this problem today.
Moderator edit: Clarified subject
Best Answer@Bribiegirl this is because there is an issue between the Fitbit server and the WW server. It has nothing to do with your Fitbit.

Best AnswerI’m happy to report that I had to reconnect my Fitbit device in the WW app last night, but then it synced, capturing all my previously lost activity. WW has resolved the issue.

Hello @Debnutah, @Bribiegirl and @japoff.
Thank you for taking the time to let me know it seems to be working correctly for the time being.
@japoff it could be that there is a lot of traffic between the apps and that is why it is freezing up. Let's keep an eye on it and let me know how it continues.
@Debnutah Could you elaborate on the login situation? Are you referring to Facebook or Fitbit?
I am glad to know that you have getting the connection at the time. I'm sure that the situation will continue as it is right now.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

Hello @Lindacrawford.
I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing your current situation.
Given that these integrations are developed and managed by the third parties, they should be able to take a closer look at what is going on and find a solution for it. Having said that, I am glad to read that MFP and Noom are working correctly for you.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

Hello @Gmaof5.
Thanks for your reply.
In this case, it is important to mention that weight data will not sync between MFP and Fitbit unless you are logging it to Fitbit via an Aria scale. That is the way the integration has been developed.
Maybe you could post about in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. If you do post about that, be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
Let me know if you have any further questions on the matter.
Best AnswerMine is working fine now.
