Is anyone else running into this problem? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21. It worked when I first got it, but after the last update (Fitbit update) it doesn't work anymore.

I've been reading through the community posts surrounding this, and have followed the instructions provided, yet not yielding the same positive results as everyone else. My FitBit will not sync with myfitnesspal, regardless of how many times I login on a PC and revoke access on FitBit or Disconnect on MFP. I've also uninstalled/reinstalled both apps, etc.
This can't possibly be this difficult. Am I missing something somewhere?

@Elessar10k and @Brizilla82 Hi there and welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting and the details mentioned. I see where your disappointment is coming from.
I'd like you to double check these tips advised on this article. Also, feel free to check out this message from MyFitnessPal as they mentioned that some syncing issues could occur from time to time.
P.S. I've merged your posts here as you're experiencing the same.
Hope this helps.

The best we can advise is to revoke access to MFP and through MFP reconnect fitbit.
If these steps fail, the next step is to contact MFP, they are responsible for retrieving your fitbit data.
