Fitbit no longer syncing with Virgin Health Miles (Surge user)

Worked perfectly fine until 9/14. I have disconnected and reconnected to no avail. Any suggestions?

@Ljking10 Hey there! In this case I highly recommend to contact Virgin Health directly before doing any troubleshoot because you may lose some information.
