My fit bit will not connect to my fitness pal app. It says its already connected but I disconnected and it still won't connect.

MFP say they resolved this issue last week @Christinesteven 

I'm not sure if MFP has gotten through the backlog of requests.

MFP suggests if you are still having issues to reach out to them.
