Fitbit not registering weight changes from MyFitnessPal.

My fitbit has not been registering my weight changes when it has been recorded on myfitnesspal. This has been happening the last two days and this morning didn't register my sleep minutes. The last two days sometimes it will sync my steps and sometimes it won't. I am wondering if there is something I am doing wrong or if this is a known issue that is trying to be resolved.

Thanks for stopping by @mrsbower22! I realize this response is a long time coming, but did want to take the time to address your post. I hope that your Fitbit and MFP accounts are now working properly now. In case you experience the same issue, make sure that you are syncing your weight readings while you use the Aria scale to register this information. Also, you can unlink and relink both accounts by doing the following:

1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.

After relinking, you can verify that your accounts are syncing by using one of the following data points:

1. On Fitbit you can check for your meal summary and logged activities from MFP.
2. On MyFitnessPal, go to "My Home," then "Check-In." You should see your weight, Fitbit Steps, and Fitbit Sleep Minutes.

I hope this helps you out! Robot wink
