Fitbit not syncing all active minutes to Weight Watchers app

I’m having an issue with my Fitbit blaze not syncing all of my active minutes to my weight watchers app.  It sync all my steps but not active minutes. For example, I had 60 active minutes showing in the Fitbit app and Fitbit only sync 24 mins to the weight watchers app.  Fitbit customer service told me that everything is working fine on there end and suggested to delete the Fitbit and Weight Watchers app and reinstall. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having the issue of nothing synching in the WeightWatchers app from Fitbit. Would love a solution.

My steps are syncing just not active minutes.

The app will forward your Active Minutes, and not your Active Zone Minutes, which will be higher. Things are probably working fine. Log into your web based dashboard, which still displays Active Minutes and should match what WW displays.
