Fitbit not syncing information to MyFitness Pal

no longer syncing between my Fitbit and my fitness pal app???! Help 💋

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems syncing your information from Fitbit to your MyFitnessPal app. I'd like to help you out.

 

You can remove the link between the two accounts and then, add them again. For this, go to your Fitbit dashboard on a computer browser, then, click on the gear icon at the top right corner. Go to the column on the left side and go to the Apps section. Here, look for MyFitnessPal and click on the Revoke Access button and then, link both accounts again.
