Fitbit not syncing to third party sites? Earndit and Lose It

Hello! I use Fitbit with Lose It and Earndit. I just started Lose It, and I cannot get my steps or sleep to show up on Lose It. I thought it might be something on their side, my food I enter shows up over here, but my steps do not go there. I did exactly what their instructions state.

Then, I noticed today that I am not getting credit on earndit for Fitibit activity tracking and haven't been since I started using the Fitbit again. My Runkeeper is syncing to those two fine, but maybe the issue with syncing is on the fitbit end. I am signed into both apps throug fitbit, I made sure on both sites that it shows the two are connected, so I am not sure why my steps are not going over or my Earndit points are not working.

Thank you!

@sayheysarah Hey there! I apologize for the delayed reply.

It's great to hear that you're linking Fitbit with third-party apps. Fitbit will sync just calories to LoseIt so that's why you're not seeing steps in Loseit. Also, as you mentioned Loseit will sync Food to Fitbit

Regarding the integration that you have with Earndit, points are awarded by the mile - 1 point is awarded for every 250 steps. Information is updated on Earndit only when points will be awarded. If you're not seeing any points please unlink and relink both accounts.

@Scandia4 Hey there! I would like you to unlink and relink both accounts. Also, the steps will appear in the "Check in" section of MyFitnessPal.
