Fitbit not syncing with MFP food diary

I got a new fitbit as my other one broke.  My food from MFP is not logging.  It says in MFP that I am connected.

Hello @JosieR are you logging the food in your MFP account? 

The best we can say is to revoke accesacand set it up .

Any thin more you'll need to ask MFP. they are in charge of the connection .

Yes logging food into MFP.  What do you mean revoke access. I did disconnect and reconnect already.

That is shatwit means to revoke access and link up .

Has MFP gotten back to you yet?

Hi there @JosieR good to see you are visiting the FIbtit Community! I saw @Rich_Laue has been kindly helping you before. Indeed, the best to try is to revoke the access of your accounts as it was recommended.

 

However since it has been a few days after you last post, I would like to know how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting  between MyFitnessPal and your Fitbit account.
