Fitbit not syncing with MyFitnessPal

My fitbit one stopped logging my exercise activities from my fitness pal. I log my walking and bike rides into my fitness pal and it always records in my fitbit. Stopped logging a few days ago. My food log records in fitbit but not my activities. How do I fix it? Thanks.

I've had my charge for 10 months and have not had any problems with activity syncing with my.fitness pal app until 2 weeks ago. My activity that I entered into mfp is not syncing with my fitbit charge. It doesn't show up on the app or if I go into my account online. I tried adding activity in mfp online, and that shows up...just not what I put in on my phone app.

Same. Did ALL the trouble shooting. Android customer service and MFP customer service have no answers. Phone not even a year old. Can't find tracker also a daily occurance. I can't do this on a daily basis. Loved it when it worked. Fix it!

@SunsetRunner@jrwilliams1991@Enfield@mariposa502@BlueObsidian@Gregg429@Omegaman89@dbolden@realovell317@SmontourI recommend revoking access to the MFP integration from the "Applications" menu in the online Dashboard settings and then giving access back to MFP by following the set up steps provided here.

 

@jlh0101Did any of the exercises you did after revoking access and giving access transfer over?

I tried everything that the Fitbit techs and My Fitness Pal told me to do. Nothing worked. So, I disabled and removed My Fitness Pal app from my phone and restarted my phone. I waited about 15 minutes then reinstalled My Fitness Pal app. It did the trick. Everything is syncing perfectly now. Such an easy fix.

Calories from food are still transferring but not exercise. Or exercise will transfer then disappear. Sometimes when I've barely had any steps it will show exercise but the take it away later. It's being very inconsistent.

I received my fitbit HR mid December and it worked fine for about 2 months.  I called customer service because it would NOT sync, and the clock was several hours off the normal time.  I followed the troubleshooting suggestions but they didn't work. But customer service did help me and it was working properly.  The same thing happened again a few weeks later . so customer service sent me instructions on doing a "factory reset."  Every since I followed those instructions my fitbit steps do not appear on My Fitness Pal.

 

There is something terribly wrong with my device. It is only 3 months old and I've contacted FitBit customer service twice.  Tomorrow will be my 3rd cotacting the customer service department with FitBit.

Is anyone else have similar issues?
