Nice to see you around @Tammyj223! That is very weird, in order to understand your issue a little bit more, could you please provide me with more details of the issue?. However, at the moment try to uninstall MyFitnessPal from your Fitbit account, then log out from and restart your tracker, log back into your Fitbit account and relink MyFitnessPal by following the instructions here: "How do I integrate Fitbit with MyFitnessPal?", finally, set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device.
