I'm trying to get myfitness pal and my new fitbit alta to sync. So far, nothing is working. I tried disconnecting my fitbit from MyfitnessPal, with no success. So I began to research. I discovered I need to revoke access, in the settings of my fitbit web page. I did that. According to that page, MyFitnessPal isn't on the applications. So access has been revoked. However, it's still considered connected, according to MyFitnessPal. I still cannot disconnect it. I even tried uninstalling MFP and reinstalling it, to no avail. I really want the 2 to sync, and I think the key lies in somehow getting them to disconnect and reconnecting. Can anyone give me any ideas?

I have a similar problem. I took my Fitbit Charge 2 off for 2 weeks and when I started wearing it again there is no feed from Fitbit Charge 2 to the MyFitnessPal any longer. What happened? How do I re-establish the synch?
