Suddenly my FitBit Zip will no sync with my Weight Watchers app. It will not work on my IPad or IPhone. Have tried shutting off & restarting phone but that does not work either???

I'm happy to see you joined the Fitbit Community @Settermom! I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this issue. Have you tried unlinking and relink both accounts? In order to unlink the account, you will need to go to your Applications page and select "revoke access" to Weight Watcher. After this, you will need to link the account once more by following these steps.

There was an issue at Weight Watchers yesterday, a lot of people were unable to sync.
