Fitbit ocassionally doesn’t upload activity with gps data to Srava

On several occasions Fitbit has not upload my activity that has gps data to Strava.  It missed two mountain bike rides at the same location this week. It has since synced 2 walks correctly.  The rides are in my Fitbit activities.  How do I manually transfer them to Strava.

Hi @EVSJ, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community and I owe you an apology for the late response to your concern that some exercise are not being uploaded from your Fitbit account to your Strava records.

In this case, it would be good to reconnect your accounts if the issues keeps persisting:

  1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
  2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Applications" on the left side
  5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
  6. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts.

Also you can manually export GPS data from your Fitbit account by downloading a TCX file from your Dashboard and upload the file to your Strava account.

For more details please review this article: How do I export Fitbit data?

Stay awesome and let me know if you have other questions.
