Fitbit recorded runs not uploading to Strava

Does anyone have advice to get my recorded runs from my Versa 3 to upload to strava? I've tried following the recommended steps of pairing and turning the devices off and resyncing. I'm trying to avoid deleting both apps and loosing all the existing data especially on my strava account.

Any help would be awesome!

Hi @SunsetRunner 

First thing to be aware of is that neither app stores it's data on the phone. All data is stored in the cloud and out of your direct control. 

With a sync problem between Fitbit and Strava or any third party app, there is only one recommendation. 

• Open the Fitbit app
• Tap on the top left corner. 
• Tap Manage Third Party Apps
• Remove Strava. 
• Recconect Fitbit and Strava. 
• If this doesn't work, you need to reach out to Fitbit. With most other apps you would reach out to them, not Fitbit. 

With Strava your Bike Rides and Runs need to be recorded by Fitbit with the GPS. 

Fitbit does not say that GPS recorded walks will transfer, however some Versa 3 owners have reported that walks, with GPS, do get sent to Strava.
