I have had this Fitbit for 6 weeks - I have never been able to see my steps on the Discovery App as it doesn't recognize the scanner for Android. What else can be done

In this case since the integrations are developed by the third parties themselves, I'd recommend that you try getting in touch with them directly so that they can determine why is it that the apps aren't syncing to each other .
