Fitbit should add steps to activities synced from Endomondo

Hi,

I've connected my Endomomdo account with my Fitbit account, and when I add activities in Endomondo they get synced over to Fitbit.

But since the Endomondo activity comes from a GPS watch that doesn't count steps the steps are showed as 0 in Fitbit.

However, I would have expected that Fitbit would check the time period for the Endomondo activity and added the impacted steps from the step counter in Fitbit. If not this would be an easy thing to add and actually would give more incentive to use the Fitbit app for activtiy tracking as it can add the steps as well.

It would be even better if Endomondo could also sync the GPS data to Fitbit but that's maybe asking too much...

@stefanb2 It's great to have you on board! I'm happy to see that you've linked Fitbit with Endomondo. I posted below what's going to sync between both apps.

When you log an activity in Endomondo and used your Fitbit tracker, the information will be override. This will help you to not get double steps. Also, if you have any great idea you may want to post it in our Ideas Board because these suggestions are viewed directly by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.

What syncs?

Fitbit > Steps > Endomondo
Fitbit > Distance > Endomondo
Fitbit > Sleep > Endomondo
Endomondo > Activities (workouts) > Fitbit
