Hi everyone...
I have a question. I have a Fitbit Ionic and i am trying to get everything set up for maximum benefit regarding tracking my progress. I have a fitness pal account. Problem is that when i want to connect the 2 to work together, it shows that there is already a fitness pal account connected to the fitbit and can connect only 1. How do i check what is connected and how do get the 2 linked up so the work together? If anyone could please assist i would be so gratefull as this is driving me mad as i cant seem to fix it.

Thanks for letting me know that Fitbit is showing that's already connected to another MyFitnessPal account. I see where you're coming from.
I would like you to go to your MyFitnessPal account and check that it's not connected to Fitbit. If you previously had another MyFitnessPal account, you will need to log into that account and unlink Fitbit. (Check the screenshot below)
