Fitbit shows more calories than MFP help!

I log my food with MFP (as I was having problems with logging food with fitbit) its been working perfectly, however today I have logged 1129 calories with MFP but when my fitbit syncs it shows i've eaten 1457 calories!!!

I have no idea where it is getting this number from?

I've disconected the apps and reconnected, deleted the MFP and fitbit app and started from stratch but it's still doing the same thing?

Hi there @LS7. It's awesome to see you in the Fitbit Community!

Currently, there have been some bugs when it comes to the calories count in the Fitbit app. We're recommending users to log food directly from the web dashboard since in the app, the totals are not showing up correctly. In your case, since you're importing the information from MFP, have you cecked your account from a computer to see if the totals show up correctly there? If they are showing the right amount on your computer, it's because of the issue with the app and our developers are working to get a fix for this as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience with this and if you need anything else, please let me know!

Hi there @Trimslim. Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked if after you log the calories using MFP and they transfer to Fitbit if you're only having issues with the app on your phone or is it also happening on your computer? As of right now, we're aware of the issue with the mobile app for the calories not showing up correctly but the web dashboard should be working fine.

Any update on this, I'ld love to hear it!
