My nutricheck says that my Fitbit is synced , and my fit bit says that it is sync to nutricheck but it is not adding my steps to nutricheck does anybody have any ideas please

You can find compatible apps with Fitbit here. There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third-party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit. You can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner and ask if they integrate with Fitbit.
The most standard troubleshoot across all integrations is to unlink the connection from both sides (Fitbit and third-party side), then link the accounts again. In the rare case that it's a Fitbit side issue, more than just one particular app will be affected. It's usually best to contact the app owner if the integration seems broken.
