Since yesterday the sync between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal is one day out, I.e. MyFitnessPal shows yesterday’s Fitbit steps for today. My wife has started with exactly the same issue (we both use Fitbit and MyFitnessPal over IOS). Any suggestions how to solve this issue appreciated.

That’s what’s happening with me and my wife as well. Shine mornings out siesta to have corrected itself but then goes wrong again later in the day - so frustrating !
So, does anyone know of this is a Fitbit issue or a MyFitnessPal issue ?

I do not think this is a MFP problem. My calories out show 0 on some days within the Fitbit app.

@TizzyBrown it's a Fitbit issue: https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032625231-Known-Issues-Integration-Partners
"Issue:Fitbit Steps are incorrect - Starting 11/8/25, members are reporting that the current days step data from Fitbit is incorrect, most frequently showing the step total from the previous day, and this is causing inaccurate calorie adjustments in the MyFitnessPal Diary. Fitbit has confirmed that this issue is on their end, and they are investigating. We will update more here once we have any updates."

I have tried over and over again to sync the FitBit to MFP ( My fitness pal) I have done the steps on the computer MULTIPLE times. Why for no reason did the synching stop? The Fitbit was tracking fine updating steps many times a day to MFP. It quit suddenly ( I did not log out of the apps). This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened. Can anyone from the FITBIT community have a better fix?

Yep, I've had this issue since 9-Nov-24 too. I use an elliptical trainer, which doesn't register steps so I'm reliant on the heart rate/calories burned calculation on my Fitbit to track my calories out in MFP. Complete radio silence from Fitbit and until recently MFP. MFP seem convinced that it is a Fitbit issue, and I'm guessing Fitbit think it's a MFP issue.
Only had my Fitbit a few months, but I would be as well chucking it in the bin and manually adjusting my calories in MFP for all the use it is. The cynic in me thinks this is some Fitbit step towards getting everyone to log their calories in on the Fitbit app, on the premium plan of course. Not going to be giving up 10+ years of historical data on MFP for that though 🙂

Yep have the same issue now. It is frustrating. Seems like MFP is providing more information that Fitbit. I will be glad when this is fix.

Unfortunately, it seems many Fitbit users are experiencing the same problem for an extended period and it hasn’t been resolved yet. I would think that an organization as vast as Fitbit would have the resources to fix this promptly. Very disappointed in the response to faithful patrons.

Looks like this may have been resolved?
17 days and no outage posted. Last month there was a 15 day outage (that at least got posted). Both impacting 3rd party services we were forced to start using after the web dashboard was killed off without the claimed "feature parity" actually existing. Unacceptable. Do better.
The list of compelling reasons not to jump ship when a firmware update inevitably kneecaps my Charge 6 are dwindling.
Edit: a word

Same issue here. It worked for day or so in the middle of the 'outage' period and is now back to previous days steps showing up in MFP with no calorie adjustment or a silly calorie adjustment.

27-Nov (Oz time). Some signs of life. MFP calorie adjustments seem to be coming through today. First time for a few weeks other than one other blip. Steps also look synced right. Fingers crossed 🙂
