Fitbit steps not syncing to MyFitnessPal

Since yesterday the sync between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal is one day out, I.e. MyFitnessPal shows yesterday’s Fitbit steps for today. My wife has started with exactly the same issue (we both use Fitbit and MyFitnessPal over IOS). Any suggestions how to solve this issue appreciated.

Day 2, and it still seems to be working. OMG OMG OMG OMG, I really shouldn't be getting this excited about something working as it should.

I am laughing because that is exactly how I feel. I hope it continues
because I have always depended on Fitbit to keep me on track. Good luck to

I'm glad this issue is fixed for some of you, I appreciate your efforts!

For the ones still experiencing this issue, please confirm if your steps are syncing well between your device and the Fitbit app. Also, check if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. This information will help me to investigate on my end and keep our team informed.

I have had a fitbit since 2019, but I just joined My Fitness Pal on Dec 26.  The 26th, 27th and 28th synched fine, counted my steps from fitbit and granted me bonus calories.  But today, even though I have only 9654 steps, it is showing 10612 steps which I did yesterday, and the calories, which were 357 yesterday, are 0 today.  I don't know how to check if the fitbit app is the latest version.  I'd appreciate some help.  Thank you!

My steps are higher too. 

I was thinking that steps are coming from my watch, and also additional steps from my Android phone.  Double counting some steps. I'm not sure, but that's my hunch.

This has also been my experience. 31st December just copy of 30 December step count and no calorie adjustment.

 

Working fine prior to 30 December.

I am experiencing the same issue. Started end of December. Yes. I have current version of the app. I tried turning off my iPhone. That didn’t help. I tried closing my MyFitnessPal app overnight. Same thing. When I get up in the morning and have steps on my Versa 4, I go to my FitBit app which is showing yesterdays steps yet. I sync the app and it eventually clears and updates to the current day steps. Sometimes I have to sync a couple times. But when I open MyFitnessPal app it has the previous day steps yet. Very frustrating.

The issue has started back again for me too. Work for a fews weeks then
back to incorrect calculations.This is getting annoying.

This issue started again for me today. MyfitnessPal pulled in the same steps from yesterday and didn't update my calorie count at all. It shows no exercise. Please fix this ASAP, we rely on the updated calorie budget to accurately count calories for the day!

Go to help option and contact support. It may take a few days to help but
they will stay in contact until issue is resolved
