Fitbit steps not syncing to MyFitnessPal

Since yesterday the sync between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal is one day out, I.e. MyFitnessPal shows yesterday’s Fitbit steps for today. My wife has started with exactly the same issue (we both use Fitbit and MyFitnessPal over IOS). Any suggestions how to solve this issue appreciated.

Sync doesn't seem to be working again. There was an update to FitBit 4.35, and mine seems to have stopped working just after this was updated, but could be a coincidence.

Anyone else having the same issue again?

Yep still having the same problem call support the other day and they said the update will fix the issue.  It did not. This has been going on for months and I can't understand why fitbit has yet to fix the problem.

Hello - I subscribe to Fitbit Premium (have for years now), and recently logged back into MFP since the food tracking is much more comprehensive in MFP and the features you get with their premium subscription far outweigh Fitbit. However, I decided to cancel the MFP subscription because I couldn't see the point in paying for two premium memberships when they are supposed to talk to each other and I noticed that my data wasn't syncing completely between both apps. I continuously tried hitting the sync button on MFP but still the steps would not cross over to MFP, and MFP's meal information would not cross over to Fitbit.

That said, I think I would prefer to keep the MFP premium membership than the Fitbit membership given that the nutritional content is better, you also get workout routines, and you can use the other mapmy... apps to log workouts and they talk to each other. Has anyone downgraded their Fitbit membership and still are able to monitor health goals (sleep, weight, nutrition, etc) using MFP? I'm weighing the options of which is better to keep.

Hi,

Yeah got rid of of the premium fitbit. I still see my sleep, nutrition(mapped over from mfp), weight and other stuff.
